Terms and Conditions

DEPOSITS:
Custom designed itinerary packages/tours require a non-refundable 200.00 per person planning fee deposit to be paid by check. This deposit is applied to your travel arrangements, and is deducted from our normal deposit (400.00 per person) or final invoice balance. There is no refund if you cancel your plans to travel or decide not to book.

All bookings require a minimum $400.00 per person non-refundable deposit to hold and confirm reservations. Some tours will require a larger or additional deposit and you will be notified if this is the case. This deposit is applied to your land travel arrangements, and is deducted from your final invoice balance. The price given is a package price and there is no itemized price breakdown. We endeavor to work within your desired price range. Different hotels may have to be chosen or components eliminated in some instances to accommodate that price range. There is no refund if you cancel your plans to travel.

PRICE GUARANTEE:
We match any legitimate/legal published land price as long as it is “apples to apples”, i.e. exact/same room category, tour and dates, etc. We match and can often better any legitimate/legal published land price or airfare with Qantas Airways. Other airlines are on a case by case basis. Restrictions apply.

PAYMENT:
Full payment is usually due 45 days prior to your departure from the U.S. Some tours or accommodations require check or earlier payment, and you will be advised if this is the case. Late or nonpayment will cause automatic cancellation of your booking. Some tours and special packages are discounted for check or cash payment. The discount does not apply if payment is made by any other method.

CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS:
Once the deposit has been received, a $100 per booking change fee will apply (after one free). Cancellation prior to final payment due date incurs loss of land deposit and any non-refundable air ticketed. Penalties may vary depending on the products booked, and where not otherwise advised to the contrary, then cancellation on or after final payment due date incur a 75% fee if more than 8 days prior to departure plus loss of 400.00 per person deposit, and No refunds will be made if customer cancellation occurs 8 days or less prior to departure. Refunds of any amount subsequent to travel commencement do not qualify for any refund whatsoever, nor can components be substituted for alternative arrangements. Insurance purchases are always non-refundable. Amendments made after documents have been issued will incur a $200.00 to cover courier costs, communication costs and additional time to coordinate the changes. Certain special packages/tours may be non-refundable once full payment is received. You will be advised if this is the case. (Aussie Air Pass is non-refundable).

INSURANCE:
Travel insurance is recommended to cover all penalty costs in the event you need to cancel your travel plans due to illness or death of traveler or immediate family member. It also can provide medical and emergency assistance protection as well as loss due to travel delay coverage as well. Travel insurance is available, and should be purchased within 14 days of your deposit to include coverage for pre-existing conditions. Your agent will give you details and pricing.

VALIDITY/CHANGES:
Your itinerary contains information believed to be accurate up to the time of which it is dated. For your convenience, we generally quote prices in U.S. currency based on current exchange rates for the respective native currency, usually Australian or New Zealand dollars. These exchange rates fluctuate and your quote is only confirmed when payment is made in full unless otherwise noted on your itinerary.

QUOTES:
Anything which has been quoted from our office is subject to change until payment is made in full unless a quote is guaranteed in writing with a specific date of expiration.
